Our Services:

Bayside Family Services offers professional Supervised Visit Services between children and their parents. Bayside promises our clients: Professionalism, Confidentiality, Expert Witness testimony when necessary, Punctuality and timely Reports. The first and foremost responsibility of Bayside Family Services is assuring the safety and well being of the children.

Bayside Family Services is a licensed business in the State of Washington for the purpose of providing Supervised Visitation services to children and families. To participate, all parties must agree to the terms and conditions of our Contract.

Bayside Family Services is solely owned by Robert Grout. A copy of my Resume documenting over 8 years of experience as a Visit Supervisor with Foster Children and in Family Court can be downloaded in pdf form here.

NOTE: Bayside Family Services is required by law to report any reasonable suspicion of child abuse or neglect to Child Protective Services. This includes physical, sexual, or emotional abuse and physical neglect.

Bayside Family Services offers Supervised Visitation Services in Skagit Valley Washington including Mt Vernon, Burlington, Anacortes, Concrete, La Conner and beyond Skagit Valley including Bellingham, Whatcom, and Snohomish counties.

Fee schedule:

Maiben Park in Burlington is popular in summer.

Bayside Family Services charges $50.00 per visit-hour for services within Skagit County. (No charge for travel time)
During visitation this fee is in 1/2 hour increments with a 1 hour minimum.
Visits outside Skagit County are charged Travel Time costs at $50.00 per hour in 1/10 hour increments originating from the Bow post Office WA.

The Children`s Museum is inside the Cascade Mall near the Children`s play area.

The Fidalgo Pool is in Anacortes.
The pool at the Burlington KOA Campground is open to the public for a small fee.
Jungle Playland is on College Way in Mt Vernon.
Common Ground is a non-profit Coffee shop and Deli that provides space for families.
Skagit Skate Roller Rink is fun for active kids
Skagit County Fairgrounds have events all year long
There are Batting Cages in Burlington
You can find many Restaurants around the Valley at this commercial site

Here are some Special annual Events around the area

The Highland Games is a 4 day event each July with Scottish games, Irish dancing and lots of kid-fun.
The Skagit Valley Tulip Festival takes place in April.
The Eagle Festival in Rockport goes on all Winter.
The Anacortes Arts Festival is in August.
The Skagit County Fair is in August.
